Disability Social Connections provide a group support service to facilitate friendships outside of school hours; future-proofing friendships when school studies come to the eventual end. 

Our social groups consist of 2-6 participants and are carefully designed to facilitate social interactions and help individuals achieve their social goals. Through engaging day trips to exciting locations and a variety of activities, we create opportunities for participants to exercise their social capabilities and forge lasting connections.

We offer two options for participation: joining an existing social group or creating your own. Whether your child prefers to meet new friends or wants to bring their existing companions along, we are here to accommodate their needs and provide a supportive environment for growth.
